Delivery charges / delivery time

Delivery to Germany or EU- states:

After receiving your payment, the commodity will be sent out within 24hours. The delivery time takes about 1-3 workdays within Germany and about 3-5 workdays within the EU. The packages will be sent out from Monday to Friday.

The delivery charges vary concerning to the weight and will be shown in the shopping bag.

24h- express delivery (please have a look on our delivery spreadsheet if there is a possibility to do an express to your country):

Incoming orders until 1 pm (mo- fr) with incoming payment on our bank account or via PayPal at this time will be processed by us at the same day. The express package will be delivered to you the next day.

Express orders can bepaid via PayPal or transfer on our bank account.

Express orders or payments that arrive later than 1 pm will be processed on the upcoming work day. Incurred costs will not be assumed by us.

Deliveries to foreign countries(Suisse, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg):

The delivery time takes about 5-7 workdays. Eventually, the costums office chooses packages for checking- in this cases a delivery delay is possible.

Invoices for customers who live outside the EU will be written out without VAT- the items have to be taxed and tariffed by the purchaser.

Afterwards, a VAT refund is not possible if items will be exported from the EU by the customer

Methods of payment:

Prepayment via transfer on our bank account: you will do an order and pay the invoice amount . After receiving the money, we will send out the package as soon as possible.

Credit card- payment via PayPal: you will do an order and pay the invoice amount via your PayPal account. Normally, after some minutes, there will be a payment receipt on our account so the package can be sent out. (Recipient and payer have to coincide with name and delivery address)

SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG- Einfach sicher zahlen: (online banking with PIN&TAN) With the TÜV-certified system SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG you can do a payment with PIN&TAN, without registration, with your common online banking data.

CASH ON DELIVERY (in Germany and Austria): you can do your order and we will send out your package as soon as possible while you will pay the invoice amount when getting the package(additionally, the costs for it are 2,- in Germany; in Austria- it varies according to the post office).

Kerstins Landhausmode GmbH will send out the ordered items to the named address of the customer. The shipment will happen within 24 hours, the delivery time takes about 1-3 workdays within Germany.

 Reservations:

Orders will be reserved about 5 workdays. If we do not have a payment receipt during this period of time (exception: orders for cash on delivery- they will bes ent out immediately ), the items will be released for the sale.
